About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Financial Operations and Accounting team. This is a 100% remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Senior GL Bookkeeper, you will work with our cross-functional team to assist in driving process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will report to our Senior Bookkeeping Supervisor and be responsible for planning and executing daily and monthly accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute daily and monthly accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Be a key player in the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas
- Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial statements using accepted methodologies
- Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
- Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding significant accounting matters
- Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/ internal controls
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
- Solid calculation skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
- Four-year college education in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
