Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and quality of our vehicle image processing system, and provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow in a supportive environment. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk (Typist), you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying vehicle images, maintaining a high accuracy rate, and communicating any inconsistencies or technical issues to the relevant teams promptly.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and verify up to 700 vehicle images per hour following comprehensive training
- Maintain a high accuracy rate of 99% in data entry tasks
- Identify and correct discrepancies between vehicle images and text fields
- Communicate any inconsistencies or technical issues to the relevant teams promptly
- Uphold a strict attention to detail to ensure data integrity
Required Skills
* Strong focus on detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard data entry procedures
- Ability to maintain high accuracy levels while working under time constraints
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
- Must be a resident of Colorado
Qualifications
* Detail-oriented and reliable with a proven ability to work independently
- Experience in data entry or similar roles is favorable but not mandatory
