Role Description

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues related to hardware and software integration, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers connect hardware devices to smart applications, guiding them through setup and configuration processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers in connecting hardware devices to smart applications, guiding them through setup and configuration processes.
  • Assist customers with technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Experience with Hardware/IoT devices, ideally Smart home Devices like Smart Lock, sensors, etc.
  • Work time zone: EST / CST / PST.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in Technical Customer Support, preferably in Hospitality SaaS or Property Management Systems (PMS).

  • Strong understanding of hardware and software integration, including smart home devices and IoT technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Hardware/IoT devices, ideally Smart home Devices like Smart Lock, sensors, etc.

  • Familiarity with SAAS products.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Hospitality SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity.
