Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a temporary position until 1/31/2025, with the possibility of hire based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to multiple bank customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer queries related to tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues with damaged shipments
- Assist customers in booking travel using their accumulated reward points
- Provide support with website navigation and product purchasing
- Work in a yes environment, where customers are empowered to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills (required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working with diverse customer populations
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
