Job Overview
As a Customer Service Ambassador at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing administrative and customer service tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer data into our systems. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other related duties.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data into our systems, including Boat Cloud and QuickBooks, while adhering to company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our operations.
- Collaborate with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adapt to new and existing protocols as required.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
