Remote Chat Service Representative

Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through our chat platform. Your primary duties will include:

Responding to customer inquiries:

Use your excellent communication skills to respond to customer chats, emails, and correspondence in a prompt, polite, and accurate manner.

Utilizing instant messaging tools:

Leverage our chat platform to address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.

Navigating digital communication channels:

Easily switch between chat, email, and phone to provide seamless customer support.

Postal correspondence:

Respond to customer correspondence and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Occasional outgoing calls:

Make outgoing calls to customers and dealerships as needed.

Abiding by client agreements:

Ensure compliance with all client agreements and policies.

Completing additional tasks:

Occasionally complete extra tasks or projects as required.

Maintaining professional interactions:

Keep your workplace interactions professional and courteous.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Multitasking skills:

Prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Office productivity applications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

GED equivalent or high school diploma:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Remote work experience:

Comfortable working entirely remotely.

Excellent English communication skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills.
