Experienced Recruiter, Customer Excellence – Full-Cycle Hiring and Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote Eligible)

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Recruiter, Customer Excellence to join our team and support full-cycle hiring within our Customer Excellence organization. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, Customer Excellence, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization
• Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure seamless hiring processes
• Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
• Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
• Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
• Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
• Proven track record of driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
• Experience with recruitment marketing and branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
