Job Description

As a Pre-Licensed Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and responding to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines. This role involves addressing complex consumer issues in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent decision-making skills and innovation. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives. - Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns. - Provide support for any requested policy changes. - Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

- Must be located in South Carolina - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience - Over 18 years of age - High School Graduate or GED required - Call Center experience preferred (6 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Windows operating systems - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute - Comfort with desktop computer systems - Logical problem-solving abilities - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Organizational and prioritization skills
