The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers through email and live chat channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant role, preferably in the Internet industry
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a night shift schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
