Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
- Issuing membership cancellations
- Fielding in-bound calls with a pleasant demeanor and courtesy
- Responding to customer emails and live chat requests in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

- 1 year or more of experience in the Customer Service industry
