The Role

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services. You'll also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
