The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, interacting with clients via live chat, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
• Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
• Consistently achieving established standards of the position
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
