Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional live chat customer support to our customers via our website and social media channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and live chat platforms
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and platforms
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
