Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional live chat customer support to our customers via our website and social media channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including social media and live chat platforms
- Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
- Availability of 10+ hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
- Familiarity with live chat software and platforms
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
