Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Distributed Systems Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications. You will work closely with our data platform teams to ensure seamless integration and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, cloud-based applications using Java, Python, and other relevant technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions - Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code, adhering to arenaflex's coding standards - Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, efficient, and secure - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the development team - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices - Contribute to the development of arenaflex's open-source projects and participate in the open-source community
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - 2+ years of experience in building large-scale, distributed systems, or applications - Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages - Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or GCP - Familiarity with data storage systems, including NoSQL databases and data warehousing - Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
