Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients via live chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries
- Assisting clients in navigating our website and finding relevant real estate information and resources
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the live chat system
- Coordinating with real estate agents and other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive support
- Staying updated on company listings, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance
- Providing feedback on common client inquiries and suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics set by management
Essential Qualifications
