As a Customer Care Representative: Retirement Products, you'll be the point of contact and "voice of the company" for our customers, providing accurate and complete information regarding retirement products such as 401k, IRA's, and 403(b) investments.
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative: Retirement Products, you'll be part of a team that's empowered to go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: -
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
Use your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement products, identifying customer needs and providing personalized service to ensure positive and meaningful outcomes. -
Locating and Researching Information:
Use multiple systems and technologies to locate and research information to resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate and complete information. -
Coordinating with Cross-Functional Departments:
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to obtain and/or provide necessary information to resolve issues. -
Documenting Customer Inquiries:
Document customer inquiries and associated actions, following up on outstanding items in a timely manner. -
Learning and Maintaining Product Knowledge:
Learn and maintain a basic understanding of products, procedures, and systems. -
Achieving Department Metrics:
Achieve department metrics and expectations, participating in a team-based environment to achieve department goals.
Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in a Business Field or Equivalent Experience:
You'll need an Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience. -
Call Center or Customer Service Experience:
One year of call center or customer service experience, or financial services industry experience is required. -
Communication Skills:
You'll need to be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner, orally and in writing. -
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team:
You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. -
Proficiency in MS Office Tools:
Proficiency in MS Office tools is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Retirement Products:
Understanding of retirement products such as 401k, IRA, and 403(b) is preferred. -
Ability to Navigate Multiple Screens and Systems:
Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems at one time is preferred. -
Previous Work from Home Experience:
Previous work from home experience is preferred. -
Financial Industry Experience:
Previous financial industry experience is preferred. -
Salesforce Experience:
Salesforce experience is preferred. -
Product Promotion Experience:
Product promotion experience is preferred.
