Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Home Improvement and Retail Industry
Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth in the Home Depot segment. You'll work closely with our customers, exchange experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. -
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using online software tools to track and document customer interactions. -
Sales Growth:
Collaborate with customers to work on statements and close deals, driving sales growth and revenue for arenaflex. -
Training and Onboarding:
Onboard new support experts, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of all tools, resources, and processes to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. -
Reporting and Analytics:
Use online software tools to report customer communications, ensuring start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best efforts in matching between expert exchange organizations and customers.
Direct Administrator/Direct Reports:
- This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care. - This position has no immediate reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasionally requires temporary travel under 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. - Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. - Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not surprising.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Should be eighteen years old or older. - Should be lawfully allowed to work in the US. - THD/Genius Reference partners should be highly motivated and proficient delegates that self-start their own activities to guarantee objectives are met. - THD/Master Reference partners will expect partners to grasp fundamental exchanges, going from light home improvement and jack-of-all-trades work to yard and housekeeping exchanges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- THD experience - Retail insight, including selling abilities - Exchange/Home Improvement experience - Capability in online frameworks to assemble and refresh data - Strong data capturing, including discernible to message documentation as well as different types of complete communication capturing
