The Role
As a Facebook Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and engagement on our clients' Facebook accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information about products, prices, and policies
- Issuing discount codes and other promotional offers as needed
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and engagement across multiple channels
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
What You'll Need
