The Role

You will work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve your customer service skills through training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience using live chat software is a plus, but not required
