Job Description
As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other related inquiries, as well as providing accurate information regarding arenaflex policies, procedures, and services.
