Job Summary

As an Entry Level Operations and Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and customer service teams. You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing operational activities, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing exceptional customer service to our pilots and clients. Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and execute operational activities predominantly within North America, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results

  • Provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project objectives
  • Plan and coordinate telecom operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ensure readiness for pilots before they arrive on site, providing comprehensive support and guidance to ensure a smooth experience
  • Tackle issues on the fly to maintain quality and service, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Support pilots with site access or planning needs, providing timely and effective assistance to ensure project success
  • Understand drone capabilities and airspace regulations, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Maintain awareness of the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements
  • Work with the Quality Control team to maintain standards, ensuring high-quality results and continuous improvement
  • Keep track of projects with daily reports using spreadsheets and software, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong focus on business, operations, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce, leveraging technology to stay connected and productive
  • Interest in technology and the drone space, with a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting industry
  • Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and internal teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
  • A high degree of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Relevant experience with drones, and/or photography is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
