Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling various financial transactions, including trades, transfers, and corporate activity events. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily trades, transfers, and corporate activity events for various investments
• Recognize and address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
• Handle corporate activity events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Perform research on complex/escalated issues and test/validation of new innovation improvements and vendor changes
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts
• Communicate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Work with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside business partners

Tasks Analysis

• Customer review of membership deals or transactions requirements
• Client/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable income tax code and corrections of income tax coding

Trouble Resolving

• Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
• Origin of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
• Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
• Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
• Customer or Organization Companion Service
• Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing act on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
• Well-timed and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including data entry, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and address discrepancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience in data entry, financial transactions, or regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of TD Ameritrade and fund company systems
• Experience working in a remote team environment
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems
