Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist on our DoorDash delivery operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently: You'll work closely with our warehouse operating team to ensure that orders are picked and packed correctly, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Managing inventory and monitoring shelf life: You'll be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, tracking shelf life, and minimizing spoilage to ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment: You'll contribute to a safe and respectful work environment by adhering to our safety protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• Delighting customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with their consent: You'll work with our customers to ensure that substitutions are approved with their consent, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
