Responsibilities
As a Hotel Safety and Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting regular foot patrols of the resort to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for our guests, cast members, and vendors
- Responding to emergency situations and investigating incidents to document and report findings
- Maintaining order in the resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members, and vendors
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with our security team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and safety audits
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid State of Hawaii Guard Card (or equivalent)
- Keyboarding skills of 25 WPM
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a hotel or resort environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
