As a Customer Service Representative on our OnBoard Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
