The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Entry team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will help us drive business results and improve our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster factual and logical models to support cross-functional drives
- Collaborate and partner closely with Information Solutions, Information Representation, and others to ensure adaptable rollout of proposals
- Utilize data design and data science methods to bring answers to complex questions into scope
- Be the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and insights within the Worldwide Tasks or Store network association to ensure accurate and proper interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior
- Support wide-scale improvement initiatives across thousands of providers to improve efficiency and visibility across the store network for our provider partners
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify driver performance issues and drive change
- Continuously convey performance trends and upgrades to senior management and leadership
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Systems, Finance, Management, Sociology, or other quantitative discipline field with a strong academic record
- Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or design job performing quantitative analysis is a plus
- Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and programming languages (Python, R)
- Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica incl. total capabilities, joins, etc.)
- Familiarity with various data representation tools (Tableau/Looker/DataStudio) is a plus
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solution-oriented, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative person highly cooperative disposition
- Experience in delivering successful projects start to finish on time
