Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our management team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive success. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately key applications into the arenaflex database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to lenders, agents, brokers, and members, responding to cancellation requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to identify systematic opportunities and issues, suggesting solutions to improve processes and workflows
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry, customer service, and teamwork
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
