Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, providing timely and compassionate support to patients who need assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve complex customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access patient information, update records, and process transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high-volume call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.

Training Schedule and Schedule Availability

* Training: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST

  • Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary, with a minimum of $17.02 and a maximum of $27.16 per hour
