  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly translate our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided by arenaflex.
  • Oversee and moderate translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge.

### Required Skills

  • Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems.
  • Familiarity with translation tools is advantageous, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

### Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong language proficiency in Slovakian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
