Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and/or emails from customers
- Responding to customer questions and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
- Selling products and services to clients and processing payments (for sales customer service representatives)
- Utilizing our technology platform to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
Customer Service Representative Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
- Comfort and proficiency in using computers
- Previous experience working in customer support
- A personal computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection
