Role Highlights

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour

  • Opportunity to earn a $310 certification bonus
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to work from home and set your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program
  • Opportunity to work on a high-volume project with a team of experienced professionals
  • No prior tax experience required

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of tax preparation software or similar products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
