Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and challenging. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change as needed
- Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with the ability to lift and carry heavier items as needed
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
- Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with the ability to work at heights safely and effectively
