Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
Fielding inbound communications:
Answer phone calls, respond to general email inquiries, and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed
Coordinating scheduling:
Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders
Organizing internal resources:
Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible
Liaising with visitors:
Act as point person for office guests
Communicating policies and procedures:
Alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations
Facilitating executive-level operations:
Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
High school diploma

1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred
