The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
