As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting our fitness services. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and SMS messages
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound appointment setting calls to promote our fitness services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through various channels
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a dedicated and approved in-home workspace with a reliable internet connection (tested before hiring)
- Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring) No Satellite Internet
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and SMS messages
- Place outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Answer customer questions about our products, services, and accounts
- Perform basic account maintenance activities
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm+
- Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled
- Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required
- Fitness industry experience a PLUS!
