Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that works Noon - 8:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
