Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our evening shift team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, either via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts (11:30pm to 8am PT) and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
