The Role
As a Customer Service Admin Support - Concierge, you'll be the heartbeat of our branch, providing exceptional customer service to a network of customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Making outgoing phone calls to schedule appointments, provide insights on pest activity, and educate customers on our services.
- Scheduling existing customers and processing deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answering emails and responding to chat requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Processing soft collections, routing, and data entry as needed.
- Backing up your co-workers when needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience working with customers, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced service industry business.
- Good typing skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An engaging personality and a passion for educating customers on our services.
- A commitment to working full-time and being available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
