Experienced Customer Practice Manager - Healthcare, Public Sector Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with partner teams to envision business development initiatives through thought leadership, provide portfolio guidance and oversight, and work backwards from the needs of our customers.

• Bring a diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry IT trends within the Public Sector space, leveraging this credibility as a strategic advisor to our customers, partners, and internally across arenaflex.
• Craft an innovative, forward-looking strategy while clearly outlining the investment and multi-step go-to-market plan necessary to help arenaflex customers lead the changes to IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships.
• Lead business outcomes - ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience leading consulting verticals for Healthcare and Canadian Government (Federal/Provincial).

• 5+ years of consulting practice leadership experience as a manager with P&L responsibility.
• Experience selling and delivering technology consulting services.
• Experience with providing strategic, consultative services in a sales or advisory services environment.
• Knowledge of the industry, understanding of consulting contract vehicles, and related RFx activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in consulting firm helping transform the IT organization of multi-national enterprises.

• Experience with Canadian Public Sector procurement and delivery of Advisory services.
• High-level of skill communicating and collaborating effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, solution architects, and customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment and experience.
• Proven experience migrating production enterprise applications to Public and Private Cloud.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL, along with integration experience of Cloud solutions and services with enterprise IT Service Management systems and processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

* The base salary for this position ranges from $126,000/year up to $210,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
