Your Daily Tasks

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with our pharmacy customers through multiple communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Chewy's pharmacy customer base through multiple communication platforms, offering direct support and addressing various topics.
  • Identifying and addressing customer issues by utilizing problem-solving techniques and thorough research. Proactive follow-up is crucial to ensure the customers' needs are fully met.
  • Delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Our team values employees who can do more than simply follow a set script – they seek individuals who can sympathize with the customer and provide creative solutions that meet their needs while always keeping safety and regulations in mind.
