Our Customer Experience Executives are the fourth emergency service, and we're committed to delivering a tailored service that anticipates customer needs while providing vital feedback to our core teams to continuously improve and develop our award-winning product. The Role As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat queries from our customers about a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling. You'll be an experienced problem solver, thinking outside the box to support in resolving customer queries in lightning speed. You'll also be responsible for: * Highlighting trends in contact to Senior Executives and Managers to support early identification of issues * Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the right support as early as possible * Keeping our site safe and secure by adhering to our policies and procedures * Understanding and listening to customer complaints, attempting to resolve these at the first point or escalating correctly where necessary What We're Looking For * Zendesk experience, so you can hit the ground running * A keen attention to detail and a understanding of what 5* quality looks like * A minimum of 6 months experience working in a high-volume service environment * A great understanding of the customer service industry and what it takes to be best in class * Previous experience in iGaming would be great, but not essential as you'll receive top-class training What We Offer At arenaflex, we take pride in providing an array of fantastic benefits to our valued team members. Work Schedule and Requirements This position operates on a rotational schedule of 4 days on followed by 2 days off, including evening shifts and weekend work as part of the regular rotation. The shifts are 8am to 12pm and 6pm to 10pm. This can be a fully remote job from the EMEA time zone, and the role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. The salary range offered is £11K-13K.
