Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably - Use your exceptional communication skills to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients - Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

- Must live within the state listed on the position posting - Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse - Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) - Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position - Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred - Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or chat environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the automotive industry or with automotive-related products - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer engagement tools - Experience with online chat platforms and software - Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments - Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:
