Job Overview
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, delivering accurate information about our products and services, scheduling appointments, and cultivating a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services. Your primary goal will be to capture customer contact details for effective lead generation and summarize customer interactions for analytical purposes and client review.
Key Responsibilities
