The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolving customer issues in a calm and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts when necessary
  • Escalating interactions to senior representatives or management when required
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as needed
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to improve processes and quality
  • Upselling products or services when opportunities arise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Experience working in a bilingual environment, with proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center tools
