Job Summary
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and working closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem - Select and explain the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment - Follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and Microsoft Office - Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
