Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Data Representative to join our team, responsible for collecting and entering data into our case management system. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a quiet, disruption-free workspace. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants

• Enter data into our case management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Engage and respond to participants via phone, following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data
• Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable; encourage participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate
• Attend all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection
• Maintain quality standards for data collection

Position Requirements

* Quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality and protect confidential information

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (To determine internet speed, go to speedtest.net and run the application)
• Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell)
• Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully
• Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems
• Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people
• Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management and ability to work independently as required
