Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
• Providing specialized technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Conducting site visits to investigate issues and implement solutions
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, or remote access to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex technical issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure expert knowledge and advice

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
• Experience with Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems
• Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other remote access applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with network framework and IT infrastructure management
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
