Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing assistance with travel arrangements. This is a remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to stay connected with our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Provide information on arenaflex's products and services, including fares, schedules, and travel requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Work with customers to resolve issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, hospitality, or business administration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and other technology to stay connected with customers and team members
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training and other purposes
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
  • Ability to work any shift that is assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications

* Past experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality

  • Four-year degree in a related field, such as customer service, hospitality, or business administration
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology used in customer service environments
