arenaflex is seeking an experienced Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced skills in data entry functions to support the operations of our organization. This is a temporary position expected to last for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, coding, inputting, and retrieving information using data entry functions
  • Entering data from keying worksheets into Excel spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program
  • Evaluating and verifying notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensuring correctness and completeness of data that has been or is to be entered
  • Maintaining confidential records and files
  • Confer with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters
  • Meet as a group and individually with other team members and supervisors
  • Compose routine correspondence
  • Represent Lock & Key Services on special projects
  • Perform related duties as required
  • May train new/less experienced employees
  • Other related duties will be assigned, including working and other departments within the Campus Operations portfolio, and occasional overtime required, all to support organizational goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school graduation or GED

  • Three years of experience in an office environment
  • Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • Two years of intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Current Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License required
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or higher in business administration or similar

  • More than three years of broad-based experience in a office environment
  • Two or more years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • More than two years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with direct customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Driving Required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
