Position: Work From Home Customer Service Representative
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support, and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. You will also be required to document and track customer interactions using our customer management system and provide accurate and efficient information to customers.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems
- Comfortable working from home and maintaining a productive work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
